SHIPPING THE NETHERLANDS

Shipping in the Netherlands is free for the cosmetics house above 30 euros. Orders below 30 euros are sent at a rate of 4.95 €.

Keep in mind possible payment costs when paying via Paypal and Klarna Invoice. For all other payment methods we do not charge you extra costs.

 

OUR DELIVERY OPTIONS IN THE NETHERLANDS

 

Home delivery or at work:

If you choose this delivery option, you can indicate on which day you want your package to be delivered to the delivery address indicated by you. By default, we deliver your package if you order before 23:59 the next working day, but you can also have it delivered on a day you choose.

ATTENTION, letterbox packages are processed until 21: 59h, in our webshop this is mentioned at the delivery time of the product.

Retrieve on a PostNL Location:

If you choose this delivery option, you can indicate a PostNL location where you want to collect your package. Based on your postcode you will see a number of nearby Post NL locations from which you can make your choice. With this delivery option, if you order before 23:59 you will receive your package the next working day.

Today Worried:

If you place your order before 12:00 in the morning, you can have your package delivered the same day in the evening at little additional cost. With this option, your package will be delivered at the address indicated by you at all times. For this option you only pay 9.95 €

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

hetcosmeticahuis.nl also supplies its products in Belgium and Germany as standard. This means that you can place the order directly in our webshop and pay for it.

For Belgian customers hetcosmeticahuis.nl has low shipping costs, per package we charge 3.95 € for shipping costs. If your order exceeds 50 euros, shipping to Belgium is free. Especially for our Belgian customers we also have the possibility to pay via your own bank, look at the payment options of Mister Cash

For German customers, the cosmetics house also has low shipping costs, and € 3.95 is charged per package. Above 50 euros, shipping to Germany is free. Especially for our German customers we also have the possibility to pay via your own bank, look at the payment options of SOFORTBanking .



FOLLOW YOUR PACKAGE ONLINE

You can track your order via your personal hetcosmeticahuis.nl account , or with the package code on the Post NL website . You will find this code in the shipping confirmation, which we will send to you immediately after shipment. For smaller products (such as Samples) that are sent as a mailbox, you will not find a parcel code in the shipping confirmation. You can not track these shipments via the MyParcel website

The following items can not be exchanged and / or returned:

  • Products that can not be returned for hygienic reasons (eg Compress cloths)
  • Products that are no longer in their original condition and packaging

14 DAYS FINAL TERM

At hetcosmeticahuis.nl you can exchange or return an item if you notify us within 14 days of purchase. It is important that the product is complete, unused and in its original packaging. Products that are damaged or used are not eligible for exchange or refund. (also read our general conditions about the right of withdrawal)

SO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOU

Do you want to return an item? Then we ask you to follow the next step-by-step plan. This way we can handle your return as smoothly as possible.

  • Log in to your orders via your account > view> Return items.
  • You will receive a feedback on the return notification via your account.
  • After receiving your shipment, Hetcosmeticahuis.nl sends an acknowledgment of receipt via e-mail containing a barcode link which you can print so that you can offer the package at a PostNL point.
  • We exchange the item (if available) or refund the purchase price within 5 days, depending on your wish
  • The Cosmetic House uses no shipping costs for the return of a package
