NikkieTutorials tells: Suffering from acne? Here's how to get rid of it!

Almost everyone has suffered from it: acne. Pimples can be persistent and cause inconvenience. Acne is also known as juvenile acne, but that term is misleading. Many people continue to suffer from acne after their youth. When I suffer from acne, I want to get rid of it as quickly as possible. The basis of healthy skin is good care. Would you like to get rid of your pimples as soon as possible? Then get started quickly with my tips!

What is acne?

Acne is the medical term for juvenile pimples. The skin contains sebaceous glands, and when inflammation develops around these glands, it is called acne. Especially during puberty, we get acne from pimples, red bumps, and blackheads. But as mentioned, adults can also suffer from acne. Genes and hormones partly determine the extent to which you are susceptible to acne; there is little you can do about it. However, a good beauty routine works wonders. Keep your skin clean with the right products, and the chances of getting pimples and other blemishes are significantly reduced.

Don't with acne.

Many anti-acne products aim to dry out the skin, and many people fall for that. After all, acne skin must be oily skin. Not true! This even has the opposite effect. Your skin will only produce more sebum, leading to new inflammation and clogged pores. So you keep the problem going.

What can you do against acne?

Good facial care is essential for making acne disappear and preventing acne. Cleanse the skin every morning and evening with a mild cleanser. One of my favorites is the Cenzaa Crystal Orange Cleanser. This removes dirt and sebum without drying out the skin.

Peeling and exfoliating against acne

In addition to a daily facial cleanse, I recommend using a mild exfoliator up to twice a week. Again, you can use a gentle exfoliant to prevent the skin from drying. A good exfoliant removes dead skin cells. Among others, I can recommend the Cenzaa Illuminating Skin Peeling or the hannah Enzymatic Skin Peeling. Top products that are specifically suitable for acne skin.

With pimples and blackheads, it is very tempting to exfoliate daily to scrub away all the impurities thoroughly. Again, you must be careful with this because, in the case of acne, you want to avoid opening the wounds. This can lead to new inflammations. Could you use a gentle exfoliating or a mild scrub here?

Soothe the skin with a mask

Pamper yourself with a soothing and cleansing mask. Just relax for a moment; I love it! Using a suitable cover makes impurities and blemishes disappear and coarse pores diminish. After a show, the skin is often a lot calmer immediately.

Acne prevention is better than cure.

Last but not least: face cream. A good cream has many functions, but in the case of acne, it is essential to regulate sebum production. Therefore, a good day and night cream is necessary to reduce and prevent pimples. Some products that are specifically suitable when you suffer from acne:

  • Juliette Armand Clarifying Active Cream
  • Image Skincare Clear Cell Mattifying Moisturizer
  • Extenso Impurity Fluid Solution
  • Mesoestetic Acne One
  • hannah Sebupure
  • Murad Oil-Control and Pore Control Mattifier

All these products maximize skin hydration. This prevents dry skin and, therefore, also reduces the risk of pimples and blackheads. You get radiant and fresh skin. hannah has a particular acne line aimed at preventing and protecting the skin.

Say goodbye to acne

I don't have any miracle cure or breakthrough tips for getting rid of pimples. I believe in the power of a good beauty routine to eliminate acne once and for all. Many remedies provide optical deception or symptom relief but do not address the root of the problem. Delve into your skin and the products you use, and you will see that you have a lasting solution on your hands. Take care of your skin, give it what it needs and say hello to acne once and for all!
