Why use a body scrub?

Good body care starts with a body scrub. By exfoliating your body, you scrub away all the dead skin cells. A body scrub removes impurities and accumulations of sebum. This makes your skin radiant and makes it easier for the body care products to be absorbed by the skin.

In addition, exfoliating stimulates blood circulation and the production of new skin cells. This can slow down the aging process of your skin.

How to use a body scrub?

A body scrub is often used while showering, preferably on clean skin. First, thoroughly wet the areas you want to exfoliate. Then apply the scrub. Body scrubs are suitable for the entire body, except the face. For your face, use exfoliators.

Massage the scrub over the skin with light movements. It is not the intention that you apply a lot of pressure. Are you done? Then rinse off your body and scrub with water. 

How often should/may you exfoliate your body?

Our advice is for healthy skin to exfoliate no more than once a week. On the other hand, oily skin can be exfoliated once or twice a week, while dry skin is better off exfoliated once a month.
