Direct payment (Free)

• iDEAL / Wero: Pay securely and instantly through your own trusted banking platform.

• Bancontact: The most popular payment method for our Belgian customers.

• KBC/CBC & Belfius Direct: Specific direct payment options for Belgian banks.

• Creditcard: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

• Gift cards: We accept the following cards:

  • Beauty en More Cadeau (Is your balance insufficient? You can easily pay the remaining amount using another payment method.)

• Bank Transfer: Immediately after completing your order, you will have the option to make the payment right away or later via bank transfer using the payment details provided in the email. Please ensure that the account number, amount, and payment reference are entered correctly in your payment. Orders will not be processed until we have received payment; transactions with incorrect details may result in unpaid orders. Payments via iDEAL are faster and more secure!

• Klarna (Pay later): Receive your product first and pay later via the Klarna app or portal.

PLACE AN ORDER

Ordering is quick and easy with these simple steps. Your order isn't final until you confirm it yourself.

1. Select products Use the "Add to Cart" button to add products. In the shopping cart, you can change quantities or remove products by clicking the "X" icon. Ready? Click "Checkout."

2. Your information

• With an account: Sign in to access your saved information.

• Without an account: Enter your address information under "Checkout Now." Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required to ensure proper delivery.

• Click "Next Step."

3. Select a payment method Select your preferred payment method from the list above. Any transaction fees will be displayed directly in the summary.

4. Shipping Method & Delivery Date

• Shipping method: Choose how you'd like to receive your package (for example, home delivery or pickup).

• Service Center: Are you choosing a pickup location? If so, select the desired location from the map or list.

• Delivery date: Finally, select the date you would like your order delivered.

5. Choose your free sample Depending on the order total, you can choose one or more free samples and add them to your cart. Please note: you must select these yourself; if you do not, no free samples will be added. 

6. Confirm Review your entire order summary. If everything is correct, check the box to accept the terms and conditions, then click the "Place Order" button.

ORDER STATUS & CONFIRMATION

• Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email from us right after you place your order. Didn't receive it? Check your junk mail (spam) folder.

• Shipping Confirmation: As soon as your package is on its way, we'll send you a tracking code. This will allow you to easily track your package.

Account Management & Security

Do you have an account? If so, you can always check your order status, create support tickets, or update your information in your personal dashboard.

Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to request a password reset email. Safety tip: Always use a unique password for your account that is at least 8 characters long and includes numbers and symbols.
