Review: Cenzaa Silk Tenderness

In this review, we tested the Cenzaa Silk Tenderness, a cream for sensitive skin. Read Lindy's findings on this product.

Cenzaa Silk Tenderness: cream for sensitive skin

Fortunately, it's long gone that people with sensitive skin can only use creams that contain a neutral type of fat and nothing else that makes the cream a little attractive. Cream for sensitive skin today is just as rich, wonderful smelling and caring as any other cream, but also takes into account the skin that cannot tolerate everything equally well. While testing the product, I try the product extensively, study the ingredients and of course check if the cream for sensitive skin is suitable for my susceptible skin with eczema. I tested it all and shared my experiences in this review.

Cenzaa

Cenzaa is a brand that develops high-quality and practical products in cooperation with leading laboratories. In addition to creams for sensitive skin, they create other facial care, skin care for the whole body, superfoods, teas, candles, fragrance sticks, and much more. Cenzaa believes that true beauty lies within and therefore offers products that support the body on the outside and inside.

Rescue Repairing Cream with PCN2

Cream for sensitive skin: Cenzaa has understood. They have the Cenzaa Silk Tenderness in their range, a cream packed with ingredients that care for, nourish, and repair sensitive skin.

In addition, this cream has the PCN2 system. PCN2? Yes, I'll explain it to you. According to Cenzaa, PCN2 is an active ingredient system that shows how active ingredients (for example, in cream for sensitive skin) are bundled together. The PCN2 system works on four levels:

  1. Phytoceutical: High-quality stem cell components are used from plant and fruit extracts so that the ingredients work extra well for skin problems.
  2. Cosmeceutical: The cream for sensitive skin has result-oriented active ingredient complexes that can penetrate deeper into the skin layers.
  3. Nutraceutical: superfoods are used in the cream. These superfoods contain natural and active building blocks. They nourish the skin cells and give comfort to the skin.
  4. Neuroceutical: Ingredients that have proven their efficacy in clinical trials provide protection and reduce stress in the skin. These ingredients ensure good skin condition and feeling good.

By correctly combining these four components in a cream, Cenzaa provides a cream for sensitive skin that feels very pleasant and does something perfect for the skin.

Ingredients

Before testing a product, I like to look at the ingredient list. If I want to use a cream on my face with my sensitive skin, it should at least not contain perfume, which unfortunately gives me red spots. That's where Cenzaa scored the first point: this cream is free of fragrance.

Reading the ingredients list, I came across many nourishing oils, fatty types of alcohol (excellent and healthy for the skin), and some excipients. The first ingredient on the list, and what the cream for sensitive skin contains the most, is water. This is followed by rapeseed oil and shea butter. Rapeseed oil is an oil that hydrates, provides moisture to the skin, and is anti-aging. Shea butter is a versatile ingredient that is incredibly nourishing and is used as a thickening agent. Cetyl alcohol, an oily alcohol, is also used as a thickener and adds shine to the cream. Other ingredients I found on the list included: coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, and galvanic extract. Bladderwing extract (Cardiospermum extract) and echium plantagineum seed extract provide the cream with (proven) anti-inflammatory properties and inhibit eczema. That sounds good!

Cenzaa Silk Tenderness, my experience

When testing a new cream for sensitive skin, I am always a little hesitant. I have skin that is easily irritated, gets red, and itches quickly. If I put something on my face or body that I don't seem to be able to tolerate, I can easily walk around with redness and itching for three days or more. That's not such a big disaster if that happens to my body, but I would find that rather unfortunate on my face. So I tested the cream on the back of my hand first. As I applied it, I immediately smelled the cream's wonderful scent. The cream for sensitive skin smells like a combination of henna and tea with a somewhat floral touch. Lovely, and that's without the use of perfume.

When I saw no strange reaction on the skin of my hand the next day, I dared to try the cream on my face. How delicious it is!

Cenzaa's cream for sensitive skin is somewhat thick and comes out of the packaging that way. However, dividing the cream between your hands becomes wonderfully soft and spreads quickly over the skin. One pump at a time is enough, so a jar lasts a long time. It is also lovely that the cream comes in a pump bottle, which is airtight and hygienically packaged.

The cream leaves the skin feeling soft and supple and nourishes my skin tremendously. I feel sustained throughout the day, and my skin does not feel dry for a moment. I also don't get itchy, and the redness stays entirely off. Besides feeling very comfortable, my skin also looks radiant and even. It seems like I have BB cream on my skin, but it doesn't.

I usually found a cream for sensitive skin to be just a boring thing. An unscented, greasy, unexciting cream. Now that I use the Cenzaa Silk Tenderness, I know that doesn't have to be the case. I now happily lubricate my skin in the evening and morning and enjoy my soft and nourished skin all day.
