Upon first application, I noticed how soft it is. The smell takes some getting used to. After massaging it in, my sensitive skin feels soft and shows no negative reaction. The texture is very soft, as the name suggests. After 2 weeks of use, I notice that my skin is visibly softer and less dry. Great for this harsh cold season. The smell is a downside, but doesn't outweigh the pluses. I have become a fan of this product.

Twice a day unmasked on my face, allowed to soak in briefly, and rinsed off thoroughly. At first, the cleanser felt a bit greasy. But soon I liked it, beyond a clean feeling I also felt like my skin was nourished.
