Review: IMAGE Skincare BIOME+ Dew Bright Serum

The (t)home testers tested the BIOME+ Dew Bright Serum. This skin microbiome-friendly serum provides silky smooth skin and a microbiome that is intact and resilient. The transparent serum leaves skin silky smooth and gives it a healthy look.

The packaging looks sleek. The product smells fresh and nice. It is liquid but not very watery and absorbs quickly. It does not make the skin greasy. I used it twice a day for two weeks, after cleansing my skin, and before applying my day or night cream. There is a dispensing pipette in the jar which is convenient to use, however, when you put the pipette back into the jar some liquid leaks past the opening by default, this is a shame. Because of this, I didn't use the pipette to dispense but lubricated it to my skin so it wouldn't leak when I put it back into the jar. My skin is smoother, feels smoother. However, I expected the pigmentation spots to be less, but possibly the product needs to be used a little longer for that.

I used the serum every morning and evening. I just came back from vacation and noticed that I had somewhat drier skin. This serum is great then. It felt like it replenished the moisture deficit. It lubricates wonderfully. It is a somewhat thicker serum and you only need a little. The scent is natural, fresh and not overpowering. I did notice that after more than a week I did feel the need for a somewhat stronger serum that also does a bit more for wrinkles, pores, etc. I don't have the idea that this serum really does that but for people with drier skin I think it is a really nice addition.

I was lucky enough to test the Image Skincare BIOME+ dew bright serum. I applied the serum twice a day, morning and evening, under the accompanying cream. The serum is quickly absorbed by the skin and feels silky smooth and non-greasy afterwards. I personally liked the smell, very fresh and natural and not intrusive. The texture is very pleasant and it definitely does what I expected it to do. My skin became very calm, soft and moisturized.
