Tested: Dermalogica Breakout Clearing Foaming Wash
Dermalogica products have only one goal - to improve the skin. Dermalogica's various product lines feature ingredients that actively combat the existing problem while leaving the skin comfortable and protected from negative influences.
The home testers tested the Breakout Clearing Foaming Wash, a foaming cleanser that cleanses the skin and removes dirt and excess sebum.

First I distributed it on my hands and then I applied it to my damp skin. Rubbed it in well and rinsed off with water. The product felt nice on the skin and also smelled nice. Whether it also works we can't really say yet.

I applied the Dermologica - Breakout Clearing Foaming Wash on my damp face with wet hands and massaged the product well, focusing mainly on the areas where my blemishes are. It foamed lightly and felt pleasant on my skin. However, I did sensed that my skin was feeling slightly dry and tight afterwards. I did not find the scent very pleasant. It was slightly mossy. Personally, I prefer a more neutral scent. But the product definitely does what I expected it to do. I had significantly less blemishes afterwards. However, I do recommend using a moisturizer after applying this one, in order to counter dry skin. But this will be personal.

The instructions for use told me to have a moist face and hands, so first I moistened everything with water. Then put a little bit on my hands. It is a kind of gel when you put it on your hands, which I personally like. Then rubbed it well between my hands and put it on my face. In circular motions, I applied it. What I noticed was that it didn't really have a foaming effect, which I expected because it was also mentioned in the text. It did have a little bit of a sort of foam, but not very much. I also thought it smelled a little chemical. It was still manageable, but I personally didn't really like the fact that it smelled chemical.
