The home testers tested Prescription Vegan Edelweiss Cleanser + Salicylic acid 2%/Azelaic acid 7%, products that together provide fine skin texture and less acne. The growth of bacteria greatly decreases resulting in a much cleaner and smoother skin free of congestion.
Important: for optimal acne treatment, Prescription also recommends the use of the Vegan Edelweiss Cream + Niacinamide 7%. These products were not part of the (t)home test.

I was very curious about the products when they arrived! In the box was a bottle of cleanser and a bottle of acid. Once I got home I started reading up on what the product does. The idea is that you find the right composition for your own skin! This way you really feel like a specialist! I used one pump from the cleaner and two drops of acid, this was recommended. Once on my face it felt good, lubricates nicely and lathers up a bit. I then rinsed it off with lukewarm water. Once I dabbed my face dry, I dabbed some more acid on my pimples. Your face gets a nice glow after washing and the next day my pimples were a lot less red.

Prescription; For me an unknown brand to test out. Still quite exciting when you have been devoted to a brand for quite some time. After reading through the description, I started with the vegan vihicle cleanser supplemented with salicylic acid 2%.
The cleanser feels nice on the skin during use and is fragrance-free. I had to get very used to the high concentration of salicylic. It stung at first but not after 2 days. Skin feels Clean and fresh after cleansing. Slightly dry and tight at first, but after a few days, this feeling was gone.

Very expensive and what strikes me is that everything has the same price! But in my opinion, you do quite a long time with a bottle of cleanser > economical to use in terms of dosing (pump bottle and pipette).

Het Cosmeticahuis allowed me to try the prescription acne line. This line contains a cleanser and an acid.
The cleanser comes in a convenient pump pack, so you never use too much or too little. The texture of the cleanser feels soft and lathers well on the hand. I would describe the smell of the cleanser as very clean; you can tell that only natural products have been used. After washing my face and neck it feels clean and smooth, and I don't get any facial redness or tightness.
The acid comes with a pipette that you can put on the bottle yourself when you are going to use it; super convenient and thought out. I followed the explanation nicely and added this acid to my evening routine 3 times a week. As a result, I noticed that my skin became a lot calmer and that old scars slowly became less present on my face. I think the period of use is too short to really see great results already, but I am very positive about the results I have observed so far.
All in all, very nice products that reinforce each other.

The smell of especially the cleanser is very clinical. I attribute this to the fact that only natural products were used, and thus no perfume was added. You have to love this as well. The acid smell is not pleasant, but this is to be expected.

I used this product twice a day: in the morning when showering and in the evening before going to bed. Unfortunately, the product is not suitable for my skin, because after two days I got red rashes and bumps. So, I stopped using it. The product feels fine on the skin; not too much foam. The smell is a bit medical. It would be more inviting if the smell was a bit rosier, but on the other hand, after smelling it, you immediately have the idea that the product works.
