How to use Cent Primer Mattifying
Cleanse your skin and apply the primer. Allow to dry completely before applying your foundation or other makeup.

This primer is the perfect base under your Loose Mineral Foundation or Liquid Foundation for an extra long-lasting, natural finish. You can also use the primer as a handy touch-up: dab a small amount over your makeup with a sponge to discreetly reduce shine throughout the day.
