We ship our packages via PostNL, DHL, GLS, or Bpost. The choice is yours and depends on the destination country. Please note that there may be price differences and varying delivery times among these carriers. The exact shipping costs for your chosen carrier will be displayed immediately during checkout. As soon as we have packed your order and handed it over to the carrier of your choice, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code.
Please note: Immediately after receiving the code, the status may still show as "Shipment not yet received or processed." This is a standard notification. As soon as the carrier scans the package at the sorting center, the status will be updated. You will then immediately see an indication of the day and time you can expect the delivery.
Not at home or incorrect address?
Always double-check your address details when placing your order. If a package is returned to us, we are forced to deduct €5.95 in shipping costs from the credit invoice. This applies to the following situations:

The package was not picked up from a DHL or DPD service point in time.

An incorrect or incomplete address was provided, making delivery impossible.
In these situations, you have two choices:

Reshipment: We will send the package to you again. For this, we will charge an additional €5.95 in shipping costs.

Cancel order: We will refund the purchase price, while withholding the €5.95 in shipping costs incurred.
