Preparation
Only start this treatment if:
- your skin is intact (no open wounds; in case of active inflammation: please contact us)
- you have not used any peels, acids, or exfoliants in the past 7 days
- you have not used antibiotics (in the last 4 weeks) or isotretinoin (in the last 6 months)
- you have not had fillers or Botox in the last 7 days
- your immune system is strong
- you do not plan to expose yourself to the sun in the next 48 hours
Step-by-step plan
Feel the power of Synergy Spicules™.
1. Cleanse your skin twice with D-SKIN Essential Cleanser and pat dry.
2. Put on your gloves (Soft Nitrile or Latex).
3. Open one ampoule of Synergy Spicules™ and one ampoule of ASR Concentrate. Pour the Spicules into the concentrate ampoule and shake well.
4. Spread evenly over the face and massage in gentle circular movements for up to 2 minutes. Use one hand to apply even pressure – More pressure = more intense effect – Avoid the eyes and lips. – Pay extra attention to problem areas if necessary.
5. Allow to absorb completely. Do not remove.
6. Keep the skin dry for 24 hours after application.

Preferably use the entire ampoule. Any product left over? Close the ampoule again with the cap. Can be stored for up to 2 weeks for local use.

Recovery (72 hours)
First 24 hours: keep the skin dry, do not use makeup or skincare; only use D-SKIN Mist if necessary.
After 24 hours: start with your D-SKIN basic routine (Skin Essential Cleanser, Nutrition, Cream).
After 72 hours: gradually build up your Next Level routine; D-SKIN Exfoliant after 7 days.
Avoid: sports (24 hours), sauna or swimming (72 hours) and sun or derma roller (7 days).

Don't worry, this is actually a very good sign! During and after treatment, you will feel the Spicules™ as tiny prickles on your skin. This means that the active ingredients are anchored and doing their job. Slight redness, warmth, or a tight feeling are also part of the active recovery phase. Is the tightness becoming too much for you? Then spray on some D-SKIN Mist for immediate relief and comfort.
If your skin starts to flake slightly, this is a sign of renewal. Do not pull at it, but gently remove the flakes with the Skin Age Control Cleanser. No flaking? Don't panic: even without visible peeling, the treatment continues to work from the inside for up to 72 hours, and the results continue to build for up to 12 weeks after your session.
Give your skin complete rest for the first 24 hours so as not to interrupt the recovery process. After 24 hours, you can resume your basic routine (cleansing and nourishment) and, if desired, use a mineral, non-comedogenic foundation. Only after 72 hours can you gradually rebuild your ‘Next Level’ routine with exfoliants.
- Stick to the breaks: Even though your skin recovers quickly, always wait at least a week between the first two sessions. Your skin needs that time to come back stronger without becoming hypersensitive.
- Product left over? The ampoules are intended for single use, but if you have a little left over, close the ampoule tightly; the concentrate will keep for two weeks and is perfect for spot treatment of blemishes.
- Sun protection is key: You can safely use the treatment in the summer, provided you protect your skin every day with SPF 50 and avoid direct sunlight for up to 7 days after the reset.
