You should start this advanced routine carefully by applying the AHA toner to cleansed skin to prepare it properly.

The Tri-Retinoid Complex Retinol Serum Forte should only be used if you are already using AVST 4 daily. Build up your use of the Forte variant very gradually according to the weekly schedule below:

• Weeks 1–4: Mix 1 pump of serum with your Environ cream. Apply every third evening.

• Weeks 5–8: Mix 1 pump of serum with your Environ cream. Apply every other evening.

• Week 9 and onwards: Mix 1 pump of serum with your Environ cream. Apply every evening. After a while, consider increasing to 2 pumps per evening.

The Tri BioBotanical Revival Masque should only be used in the evening. Apply the mask twice a week after your toner in a thin, even layer, leave it on for 10 minutes, rinse off with water and then apply your Environ moisturiser. If your skin feels comfortable, you can gradually increase this to three times a week for 20 minutes, and eventually to daily use in the evening. Once your skin has become well accustomed to this, you can even apply the mask on top of your moisturiser and leave it on overnight, though you should wait 20 minutes before applying the mask on top of the moisturiser.
