Opening safely: Does the product feel slightly warm, or do you think there is pressure build-up in the bottle? If so, unscrew the cap or pipette very carefully. Start with a quarter turn to allow the pressure to escape in a controlled manner before unscrewing the cap completely.

The right place to store it: Store your serum at room temperature (or slightly cooler) and away from direct sunlight. A cool, dark drawer or cupboard is ideal for this.

Avoid heat: Do not place the bottle on the windowsill, do not leave it in the car and avoid other warm places – especially on hot summer days.

Take care in cold weather: Has your parcel frozen during transit or whilst out and about on cold days? If so, simply allow the serum to thaw naturally at room temperature. Never speed up this process with artificial heat.

Verdeelt lastig, maar mix het met dag/nachtcrème en je zit goed. Rosacea reageert hier wel heftig op dus rustig opbouwen!
