How to use Sculpt & Glow Cupping Kit
Preparation
Make sure your skin is thoroughly clean. Are you going to cupping your face? If so, massage in the Facial Essential Oil Serum first. For body cupping, apply the Body Oil. This step essential, without enough oil, the cups cannot glide smoothly over your skin.
Application
Squeeze the cup slightly, place it on your skin so that it slightly vacuums, then move it gently over your skin without stopping. Always move from the center outward or from the bottom upward. This will help drain your lymphatic fluid and improve blood flow.
- Small cup - For sensitive areas such as under the eyes and around the lips. Gently slide the cup from the area under the eyes to the temples or from the corners of the mouth outward.
- Medium cup - For targeted facial areas such as cheeks, jawline and forehead. Start at your chin and move the cup in a smooth motion up to your ears and hairline. On your forehead, start in the middle and glide both sides toward your temples.
- Large cup - For use on the body. Ideal for areas such as thighs, arms or abdomen. Be sure to always move the cup upward toward your lymph nodes. This helps drain waste products and make your skin firmer.
Tips: You can control how strongly the cup vacuums by varying how hard you squeeze the cup before placing it on your skin.
It is important to move the cups constantly. Avoid holding them still in one spot or you may suffer from skin irritation or bruising.
Aftercare
After cupping, you can easily clean the cups with a damp cloth. Afterwards, simply let them air dry. Avoid immersion in water.
Important
Use the face cups only on healthy, intact skin. Be careful and avoid active pimples, spots with rosacea, broken capillaries or open wounds. If you have very sensitive skin, it is wise to consult with your skin doctor first. You may also choose to skip sensitive areas and instead focus on your neck and décolletage to stimulate lymphatic drainage.
