How to use Age Defense Broad Spectrum SPF 50
Shake well before use. Apply the cream to the face, neck and nape. Do this 15 minutes before being exposed to sunlight. Repeat every 2 hours and after 80 minutes if you have been swimming or perspiring. If you are in the water a lot, we recommend a water-resistant sunscreen such as the Murad Water Resistant Sunscreen SPF30/PA++.
