This is how you use Oil Shield UV Defense Sunscreen:

Shake well before use. Apply a generous amount of sunscreen to the face, neck, and chest 15 minutes before sun exposure and before applying makeup. Reapply sunscreen after swimming for 40 minutes, if you perspire, immediately after towel drying, and at least every two hours. For children under six months of age, consult a physician before use.

Sun measures: The amount of time spent in the sun increases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To reduce this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures, including:

Limit sun exposure between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Wear long-sleeved shirts, long pants, a sun hat and sunglasses
Consult a physician for use in children under six months of age
